Group Therapy in Ohio

Tomorrow Begins Today, LLC is now accepting clients for our small group called “Teens In Progress.” at our Toledo, OH office. Teens In Progress is a six-week co-ed small group for teens dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorders, or ADHD symptoms. The group is open to pre-existing clients and prospective new clients.

Teens will learn how to manage stress, anxiety and depression and relationships by learning coping skills, how to improve self-esteem, and how to appropriately express their emotions using effective communication skills. Activities will include group discussions, interventions with the ability to create and mindfulness activities. To participate, your teen must be between ages 13- 17 years old (18 if still in high school) and must have a first appointment with the group facilitator, Amy Bieber, CT prior to the start of the group.
